In order to do that, the corresponding subjects have to be provided and meet the demand of the society for the practicing ability of college students. Next, on the ground of the educational rhythm, the focus should be put on the study of the principles in education, the solutions to practical problems and the application of research findings to teaching practice. In addition, the traditional way of teaching should be improved by enhancing the interaction between teachers and students, respecting students’personal interests, encouraging them to develop their personality, cultivating their innovative thought, ability and personality.
