The Practical Research On The Management Of Teaching And Research Group In The Secondary Vocational School

As is known to all,the Teaching and Research Group(TRG)is the basic unit of teaching and research organization system.The TRG bears an important responsibility for improving teacher's professional knowledge and the reform of the teaching and learning.TGR's work affects the school teaching directly,virtual to overall school work and the future of the school.However,with the proposing of the new curriculum reform,we put forward new requirements and objectives in the teaching resources,the teaching design and evaluation and other aspects.So the role of the educational research group is from simple to complex.What's more,we know the function of the TRG in secondary vocational schools is different from general secondary school,,teaching and researching activities of falsified directly affects the school teaching and research,also restricts the development of the school.How can we play the role of the educational research group,to improve the traditional system of the TRG,to ensure the effectiveness of the activities and realize teachers' professional development goals?This thesis,using the teaching research activities of Jiangsu Wuzhong Secondary Vocational School as a research case,through investigating the teaching research activities of this school,to understand TRG's rule of the school and the activities state in practice.We know that secondary vocational educational research group should sound educational research group management mechanism,organize colorful teaching and researching activities,improve the teachers training work,strengthening teachers' professional cooperation and school-based teaching research,actively implement the new curriculum reform,in order to ensure to make due contributions to deepening the reform of secondary vocational school teaching.
