Research On System Performance Improvement Strategy Of Colleges And Universities Makerspace Intianjin

With the national strategy of mass entrepreneurship and innovationas well as the support of policy environment and collection of resources,the makerspace,as a newly entrepreneurial incubator and educational practical platform for innovation and entrepreneurship,has sprung up rapidly in colleges and universities.After the boom of makerspaceapplication and construction,the new enterprises soon build the makerspace platform,meanwhile,they are confronted with the difficulties of developing projects,which needs urgent solutions to further improve the system effectiveness,create a sustainable development model and promote the “second venture” of makerspace in colleges and universities.This paper first overviews both foreign and domestic achievements,and seeks the theoretical support from Entrepreneurial Self-efficacytheory,Group Innovation Space theory and Entrepreneurship Ecosystem theory to scientifically define the concept of system effectiveness.Second,this paper researches on the foreign and domestic makerspace in colleges and universities with the characteristic of complete elements,rational structure and well operation,so as to analyze the innovative method of enhancing the system effectiveness.Third,this paper carries out an empirical research on the system effectiveness of the makerspace in Tianjin colleges and universities,evaluates their operations in terms of construction goal and system capacity,and constructs the student-based evaluation system to analyze the matching extent of system capacity,behavior performance and construction goal.Finally,some suggestions are proposed to improve the makerspace system effectivenessin colleges and universitiesin the aspects of the dynamic promotion strategy of entrepreneurship,the individual appreciation and development strategy as well asthe system optimization and improvement strategy,etc.This paper draws the following conclusions through research: First,the fundamental characteristic of the makerspace in colleges and universities is the education,which turns to be the essential difference with the socialized makerspace.The makerspace in Tianjin colleges and universities shall set the goal of cultivating entrepreneurial talents,carry out innovative entrepreneurship education for all students and create an individual appreciation channel.Second,the makerspace in colleges and universities shall build an overall-processed incubator service with complete elements in accordance with the enterprise development and innovation rules in order to achieve the dynamic promotion of entrepreneurship.Third,the government-school-enterprise interactive entrepreneurship ecosystem should be established and its function should be further optimized and improved.The government-school-enterprise shall strengthen their cooperation to achieve the sustainable development ofthe makerspace in colleges and universities.
