The Research On The Ecosystem Of College Entrepreneurship Education In Jiangxi Province Based On Symbiosis Theory

In the new era,the competition between countries is the competition of innovative talents in the final analysis.Entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities is a complicated system engineering,which is practical,integrity,strong empirical,innovative system..The system includes government agencies,institutions of higher learning,students and their families,social enterprises,such as multiple subsystems,each subsystem needs effective integration,symbiosis,close support to form a harmonious symbiosis which can make the system play a greater role.Based on the connotation of symbiosis theory,it is pointed out that colleges,government departments,social enterprises,students and their families are the four symbiosis units of college entrepreneurship education ecosystem.First of all,using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)selected universities entrepreneurship education ecological system important influence factors of the symbiotic units,institutions of higher learning including the pioneering teaching courses,teachers,the pioneering practice base and teaching facilities,the campus cultural atmosphere of four factors,government departments including business policies and regulations,supervision and regulation department to two factors,social enterprises have social entrepreneurship market and cultural environment,business cooperation between colleges to two factors,students and their families have the entrepreneurial passion and quality and employment concepts compatible with two factors;Then,the weight of the above factors was calculated and analyzed,and the important factors of symbiotic influence were determined.Under the guidance of this,questionnaire survey and interview investigation were conducted on the ecosystem of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in Jiangxi province.Secondly,the symbiotic relationship between each factor and its symbiotic environment are expounded.Again,the present situation of the ecological system of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in Jiangxi province was analyzed,and found the symbiotic unit with loose,lack of cooperation,the absence of a symbiotic relationship of multifarious,ignored the entrepreneurship education in colleges anduniversities in terms of investment,imperfect system,both inside and outside factors lack,even lead to entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in Jiangxi province ecological system construction has been stagnant.Finally,the author puts forward some countermeasures such as coordinating and creating the symbiotic development relationship and the environment among various factors.
