In the recent years, the global Information Technology(IT) rapidly developed and IT talent increasingly competitive in the background of the knowledge economy. The Information Technology college students’ comprehensive qualities and professional skills have an important influence on the enterprise development and the college students find employment level and freedom. Although the employment rate of the IT College students is high in recent years, the quality of employment is not too high.College graduates are the major force of employment and entrepreneurship. Improving college graduates’ employment and entrepreneurship skills are an important prerequisite for the entrepreneurship ecosystem running smoothly. Hence, the fundamental driver of achieving entrepreneurial university is improving graduates’ employment and entrepreneurship skills. It is also an important prerequisite for the improving regional and national economic development. It means that the universities must do the better job of the entrepreneurship education. Now, Chinese universities attach importance to the entrepreneurship education, but most of them introduce from the western entrepreneurship education and are not accord with the situation of China. In this situation, Chinese universities look forward to finding a Chinese entrepreneurship education method which could educate and train undergraduates’ innovation and entrepreneurship. In this article, we will research the IT Software College graduates entrepreneurship ecosystem from the student career development perspective and build the dynamic entrepreneurship ecosystem model. Through studying system operation mechanism, we propose some education measure and method which could improve the IT graduates employment and entrepreneurship skills. And we hope it could realize the innovation of the university education theory and practice.In order to research the existing Chinese IT undergraduates entrepreneurship ecosystem model, this thesis analyzes main functions of the natural ecosystem and the entrepreneurship ecosystem’s major functions. And we comparative research the departments, characteristics and mechanism of the natural ecosystem and the entrepreneurship ecosystem from the ecological angle, thereby study the existing IT Chinese graduates entrepreneurship ecosystem model. Secondly, through studying the graduates’ entrepreneurship education model strategy, this article proposes the undergraduate entrepreneurship education basic theory and summarizes the advantage and disadvantage of this theory.Next, this thesis builds the two-stage entrepreneurship ecosystem model which based on studying the IT enterprise situation, the demand of employ students and university students’ career development perspective. The first stage is used for freshman and sophomore students. More generally, it includes the intervening factors of the students’ academic planning. The second one is used for junior and graduate students. To be more general, it includes the intervening factors of the students’ career planning. We study the effect of a variety of factors and interact with each other, then adjust dynamically them. Finally, we verify the hypothesis by the empirical analysis.In general, the two-stage IT entrepreneurship ecosystem model explains the stimulation of the college students’ entrepreneurial activities. In the different stages, career development plan, university, community, business alliance, government plays the different stimulus and guidance. We hope this model has some reference effect to Chinese graduates’ entrepreneurship education framework.
