A Study On The Elements And Operating Mechanisms Of Entrepreneurship Education Ecosystem In Universities

Entrepreneurship education has developed into a new concept of education worldwide,and it has been carried out in major countries and regions.These countries have established different patterns of entrepreneurship education with national characteristics.Chinese universities need to learn from other countries' experience with global vision for the better development of entrepreneurship education.In addition,entrepreneurship education is a holistic process that requires the synergistic interaction between different parties,resources,and the environment to achieve the goal of cultivating innovative talents.It is of great significance to construct an entrepreneurship education ecosystem to promote a good interaction between different parties,resources,and the environment in the entrepreneurship education.This paper has searched both the first-hand data and literature source of the practice on the construction of entrepreneurship education ecosystem in colleges and universities at home and abroad,and selected Massachusetts Institute of Technology,Technical University of Munich and Shanghai Jiao Tong University as study cases.By applying case study method,this paper builds an analysis framework to summarize the elements and operating mechanisms of entrepreneurship education ecosystem in those three universities.Based on that,this paper builds a framework of entrepreneurship education ecosystem with complete elements and good operation,and offers rational suggestions for building a well-established entrepreneurship education ecosystem for Chinese universities.
