Education is a national event.It is the hope of the future.Especially the junior high school stage of compulsory education.It is the key period for the physical and mental development of young people.As important factors in the growth of young people.School education,class education is particularly important for the future development of young people.From family to society,we call for better school education and class education.What kind of junior high school class management theory can adapt to the requirements of the present times? Therefore,through the literature,the individual interview,classroom observation,questionnaire survey,data statistics and case study method,I take how to cultivate the self identify of the students in the junior high school class management as the research object.On a basis of the comprehensive and systematic survey for the management of the current headmasters,the effect of education management,I proposed a better class management mode to cultivate the self identify of the students in the junior high school.Now most of the junior high school headmasters do not have huge problems in the normalization of management.The number of years of work and the experience increase,by taking part in all kinds of learning and training to get new knowledge,communication between colleagues,convenient access to information,Let the headmasters can basically be competent for the normalization of management.At present,the class management of most headmasters is lack of systematization.In particular,there is a lack of clear understanding of the major direction of class management in junior high school.Most of their work is mainly to deal with the various tasks of the school,maintain class stability,teach students to obey the school's rules,try to improve the students' academic performance.Under the environment of examination oriented education,most of the headteachers are Lack of thinking of the quality education,the long-term development oriented education for the students in the junior high school and the real method of implementation.I have been a headteacher for 13 years.According to investigation and research,by using various methods and according to my own work practice,I Summed up the more practical andeffective class management mode to cultivate the self identify of the students in the junior high school.First,I think there must be a clear direction for the work of our class management.The big direction is just to cultivate the students' self-identity.Second,as the main manager of the class,the headteachers should be under the right direction and the guidance of the correct theory,implement the quality education to adapt to the times and cultivate the students' self-identify by using the reasonable and effective methods.So we can lay a good foundation for the long-term individual development of junior high school students and.
