The problems of agriculture, rural areas and farmers are of great importance tothe comprehensive construction of well-off society and the modernization drive.Accelerating the development of the occupation education is not only the secondaryoccupation education reform and development of rural areas an important focal point,but also the inevitable requirement in the service of the nation’s “three rural” strategy.The“send to the countryside to teach” activities began in Hebei province in2009played an important role in improving the quality of rural laborer, changing the wayof agricultural production and changing the backward situation of the countryside. Tofully understand the significance and problems of the “send to the countryside toteach” activities and to explore the effective mechanism for enhancing the mediumoccupation school energy are of great practical significance to exert the function ofschool service“three rural”.This paper takes the “sent to the countryside to teach”in QinhuangdaoVocational and Technical School as an example,. It expounds the background andfunction of the “sent to the countryside to teach”of Hebei province from three levels---government, school and the farmer students. Through the survey of the “sent tothe countryside to teach”activities, it explores the problems of the actual developmentin the teaching activities. From the construction of the“send a long-term mechanismto the countryside" focus and the policy guidance, financial support, the propagandaof enrollment, teaching organization, management and other aspects, this paper putsforward that the government should propose to the“sent to the countryside to teach”activities and strengthen the supervision and management. It also puts forward thatthe school should be regulated and the school managers should reform the educationalmode bravely. Students should raise their own awareness, seize the opportunities andstrengthen the consciousness of self development.
