| It is a high-level form of the cooperation between Secondary vocational schools and enterprises.Field work is considered as a basic means of secondary vocational students between the school of theory teaching and professional work join seamlessly.Field work is also an important content of professional teaching in the secondary vocational school and is the main way to improve students’ practice ability.Through field work it can help students accumulate abundant working experience and prepared for students in the future work.During this period,the important responsibilities of schools and teachers are scientific management and effective guidance and help students to complete the internship tasks successfully through various channels so that students can make a difference.Students internship management in field work is the important content in the secondary vocational school teaching activities.In order to satisfy the demands of students’ development plan for the management of the specific content of the internship,realizing the unity of practice management and practice of the service efficiency teachers should build up the management concept of advancing with The Times and focus on students.But in our country education concept and the influence of cognitive thinking the students’ main body status has not been reflected.so with people-oriented core concept of practice management to focus on cultivating students’ professional ethics,professional spirit and the humanities accomplishment and improve the competitive ability of the student’s career.The paper aims at taking Guizhou X school hotel management major students as a research example.Through the literature material method,interview method,questionnaire investigation,case analysis and observation of the actual situation of the field work for research and analysis,In this paper,according to the field work preparation period,familiar,period,development period,blundering period theory system to combe the students’ problems in the field work during the different period and the reason.Whereby,respectively from the school,teachers,and students’ own cooperative enterprises to put forward relevant coping strategies in order to accurately promote secondary vocational schools in a more scientific and orderly conduct field work,and enrich students’ experience in industry field,and improve the students’ industry belonging consciousness,creative thinking and practical ability,and provide better employment direction for students. |
