Investigation And Research On The General Education Of History In Shaanxi Xi'an University

The report of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward:"to build a powerful country of human resources,we must improve the quality of higher education,and strive to create world-class scientists and leading scientists and technicians,and pay attention to training front-line innovative talents.".The implementation of general education has greatly promoted the development of higher education in China,but compared with the foreign minister,the domestic research on general education is insufficient.Most of the studies are aimed at universities in the eastern part of China,but there is little research on general education in Western universities.At the same time,our country is more comprehensive understanding of general education,the specific study of general education and history of less.This paper makes a survey and analysis of the students and teachers in three universities in Shaanxi,Xi'an.Survey on students from the concept of the general education with five aspects of general education,general education and historical role expectations,history of the general education implementation situation and recommendations for improvement of investigation and data statistics and analysis.Interviews were conducted with lectures on the history of general education.On the basis of the above,we can get reasonable suggestions and opinions for the development of general education in history in Western china.A comprehensive study found that the universities in Xi'an area in the implementation process of the history of general education curriculum,the need to pay attention to the following aspects:the general class of the identity of the need to improve;the history of general education courses need to further expand the proportion;general education management system needs to be further improved;combined with the characteristics of the western region,to carry out personal history of general education.
