Research On "key Qualification" And Its Practice In German Vocational Education

Since 1970 s,faced with labor organization,professional structure,market demanding and youth unemployment in domestic issues,German vocational education develops and practice the idea of “Key Qualification”: from 70 s' “Key Qualification”,80 s' "Action Competence," to "Learning Style Changes" in the 90 s.In the process of German social changing,its vocational education experience is greatly known all over the world.For this reason,this article focus on German vocational education system of "Key Qualification",intending to clarify the German vocational education development and its historical experience.The main content of this paper include: the first part is the introduction,Overviewing of the purpose,the basic ideas,research methods and research meaning.The second part is the context of "Key Qualification" and its purport.Based on the idea of education and social benign interaction,Outlining the evolution process of "Key Qualification" and its social causes in Germany,this is an important part of the passage.The third part is the practice and experience: keeping apprenticeship in Germany as a starting point,inspecting the German vocational education forms in different periods,discussing the background and legal framework,the education reformation etc.,and showing the characteristics of vocational education in Germany.The fourth part is the response and reflection of "Key Qualification".Through the define and implement of "Key Qualification" in the United States,Britain,Australia and other countries,when it focus on its impact in the world.Later,based on the basic relationships of “Key Qualification” and its enlightenment to our country.
