The Influence Of German Vocational Education On Its Own State Economy And Enlightenment

Since 2008 the recession began, all the European countries fell into crisis. The economic structure was maladjusted, labor market was rigid, unemployment rate was soaring, on the heels of recession, European debt crisis dragged all the countries down. But compare to the economic downturn of some southern European countries, Germany and its economic development got outstanding performance in the crisis, and German government keeps its economic growth on track. According to the latest figure from Bundesamt, the unemployment rate of Germany in NOV.2015 dropped to about 6.3%, the lowest level from 1991. Growth for German economy comes from a revival in the steady development of manufacturing. German education contributes a lot. The design mode of German education is quite special, from secondary education schools implemented individualized quality education, government gives higher education and vocational education equal value. These two educational models are complementary. German vocational education develops talents to cooperate with factory and school. Students need to learn and acquire knowledge in the school, more importantly students must participate in production practice. This study-work educational dual system can assure the high-level skilled and high-quality technical workers. With intensive study of German vocational education and its dual system helps us understand the development of German society and politics. At the same time, gives us a comprehensive understanding of German economic development.
