The three-level curriculum management system of our country gives teachers the right to participate in curriculum development.And in the implementation,the secondary development of the national curriculum is the most important way for teachers to participate in the curriculum development.Through the case study of a middle school,this study explores the content and methods of the secondary curriculum development of teachers,analyzes the practical problems encountered by teachers in the curriculum development,and tries to provide the concrete methods and ways for guaranteeing the secondary curriculum development of teachers.From the participant's point,there are three ways for teachers to participate in the curriculum development: personal curriculum development,group curriculum development within a subject,cross subject curriculum development.And explain the process of teaching of teacher-involved curriculum development through particular cases.This paper interprets the difficulties and problems encountered in the teachers' secondary curriculum development: the shortage of teachers' time and energy,the shortage of curriculum consciousness and the ability of secondary developing,and the adverse effect of teacher's professional characteristics.This paper analyzed the main experience and inspirations of teachers' participation in curriculum development,and discussed the basic tactics to guaranteeing teachers' participation in curriculum development: establishes the scientific mechanism of curriculum implementation,establishes the effective secondary curriculum development support system for teachers,and inspires the intrinsic motivation of the teacher's secondary curriculum development.
