Investigation And Analysis On Community Cognition Degree And Employment Intention Of Nursing Students In Vocational Colleges In Anhui Province

Objective This study is based on the actual needs of the community health service institutions in our country,to comprehensive investigate and depth analysis the cognitive status and employment intention of nursing students of occupation colleges in community nursing,so as to promote the reform of community nursing education in vocational colleges,and to providereference for the further development of community health services.Methods Using stratified sampling method,according to education(college/ technical secondary school)stratified.To the class as a unit issued a questionnaire and statistical analysis: using cognitive community questionnaire with nursing students of occupation colleges on the development of community health service cognitive status and community health service awareness.The occupation college students employment intention of community evaluation questionnaire for nursing students in community nursing occupation selection factors,and through focus group interviews and mutation analysis to evaluate the weight.Results The study found that the inclusion of vocational college nursing students nearly 71.73% from classroom teaching access to community health service work with professional direction preliminary understanding,from practice or practice to understand information related to the primary medical care is only 6.46%.There was no significant difference in the knowledge of the function of community health service among students with different educational background(P > 0.05).Nearly 76.82% of the students can recognize that prevention is one of the main functions of community health institutions,53.31% of students can recognizethe important role of community diagnosis and treatment inrehabilitation medicine.There was no significant difference in the degree of awareness of the functions of community health services among students with different educational qualifications(P > 0.05).At the same time,it was found that the inclusion of vocational college nursing students nearly 88.78% believe in community work is to better take care of the family,but just only 9.08% of the students think personal values can be implemented in community health service institutions and more than two kinds of influence factors on my calendar students career choice there is no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05).Many students work attribute recognition of community hospital(78.38%)and(59.57%).The above two kinds of influence factors have obvious statistics difference to the different education students' Employment Intention(P < 0.05).Among them,college / technical school students' approval of primary care work properties of the CV were 0.09/0.08.Conclusions Occupation colleges nursing students lack of overall understanding of community health service.This will have a direct impact on nursing students to work at the community health care institutions in the future.Primary care work attribute is the most important influence factors for college student employment / community.The primary care institutions has its own characteristics will help attract more excellent college graduates employment in community nursing.
