On The Community Employment Of Nursing Students

It has become an important social problem to realize providing for the elderly and the sickness having medicine, which is urgently need to be solved. Community health and care service become an effective way to solve this problem. And currently, it is difficult for community nurses in China to adapt to the requirements of community care. In this paper, the present situation of employment and occupation of community care and aged care in healthcare industry is summarized and analyzed. Theoretical bases and references are provided to improve the cultivation of community care service and specialized talents and its pathways.Based on the previous studies, the basic theory of community employment is emphatically discussed by means of statistics, sociology and other theoretical bases, and the research methods of investigation analysis, literature research and comparative analysis. In the paper, targeted suggestions are put forward to improve nursing student community employment through the statistical analysis of problems and causes of nursing student community employment.The paper is mainly divided into seven parts. The nursing student community employment status is analyzed step by step. The first part is the introduction of the paper. The research background, purpose and significance, research situation at home and abroad and the research train of thought and method are systematically introduced to make clear the background and significance of the present study of the nursing student community employment. The second part is the summary of relevant theories, including the concept, characteristics, classification and basic theory of community employment, and providing theoretical support for the feasibility analysis for nursing student community employment. In the third and the fourth parts of the paper, the intentions of the internal students and practice nursing students of Health School of Medicine in Shanghai to engage in community nursing employment are mainly surveyed from the perspective of statistics. The college nursing students attitudes in community care are cleared and the influence factors of employment intention are analyzed. The bases and suggestions of the college community nursing education and development are put forward. First of all, the current background of the nursing students are analyzed, including age, gender, professional sources, etc., and then their views of community care, positive or negative, and whether all levels of students have differences are analyzed. And on the basis of the above, the talent level and ability required by the current community care demand are analyzed to find differences between student needs and social demand. The survey shows that the nursing student community employment is influenced by many aspects of social, community, schools and students themselves. The nursing students have wide way of understanding community nursing knowledge but do not have a high level. They are optimistic for health service development prospects and have strong thirst for knowledge. In the fifth part, the investigation result shows the causes of the problems existed in nursing student community employment from the perspective of social, community, schools and students themselves. The social causes mainly analyzed from the perspective of the resource allocation imbalance. The community causes are mainly from the work environment and the benefits. The schools causes are mainly from the school curriculum setting. The students’ causes are mainly from the expectations for work. In the sixth part, on the nursing students community employment problems and combined with the analysis of the causes, the advices to improve nursing student community employment are put forward from four aspects of social, community, schools and students themselves. It is suggested that nursing students shall set up the modern professional concept of self value realization. The schools shall deepen reform of education system, accelerate the transformation of education idea, develop the mind-set of nursing students, and strengthen the construction of teachers’ team. The community shall build community nursing practice, practice base, and call on the government to develop a scientific management system for community health service workers. The last part is the conclusion, mainly on the summary of the paper. The deep research in multidimensional of nursing student community employment is discussed in this part.
