Objective: By observing the dynamic changes of blood pressure during and immediately after exercise,comparing four different patterns and load the effects of exercise on blood pressure,and discuss its dynamic change mechanism.Methods: Select 8 healthy adults,an acute exercise was performed by self contrast method,movement patterns and load,respectively is: 42 min 50% maximum oxygen intensity(50%VO2max)power cycling exercise,30 min 70% maximum oxygen intensity(70%VO2max)power cycling exercise,40*6 group 40% maximum power(40% 1RM)resistance kicking motion,26*6 group 60% maximum power(60% 1RM)resistance kicking motion.Before exercise,during exercise,and after exercise on blood pressure of continuous dynamic measurement and record;venous blood was collected 15 minutes before exercise,and do it in 30 minutes after exercise;analyzing and comparing different means movement before and after and the change of the index such as serum nitric oxide,endothelin,angiotensin ? and norepinephrine.Results:(1)In the process of aerobic exercise,systolic blood pressure to a rapid rise first,then showed a downward trend,the systolic blood pressure above the level of the quiet control group in the movement process(p<0.05),diastolic blood pressure in the process of the whole movements a downward trend.(2)In the process of resistance movement,systolic blood pressure was increased by sawtooth because of the acquisition time,systolic blood pressure is on the rise,and above the level of the quiet control group(p<0.05).(3)The same pattern in the process of the movement,the larger the load,systolic blood pressure is the trend of the higher(P>0.05).(4)After the movement,the systolic pressure of aerobic exercise group and resistance exercise group showed a downward trend,and below the quiet control group level(p>0.05);diastolic blood pressure tends to quiet the control level.(5)After the same pattern movement,the smaller the load,systolic blood pressure reduction speed performance for the faster trend(P>0.05).(6)Comparing the four groups,the 50%VO2max group trend to lowest blood pressure in during exercise and after exercise(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)Different patterns and intensity of movement during and after,small variations in diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure variation is larger.(2)Comparing four group movement in the process of the dynamic changes of blood pressure,50% VO2 max group later blood pressure significantly below the early stage of the movement,and movement in the process of blood pressure value is lower than the other three groups.(3)Movement in the process,systolic blood pressure increased in different movement modes,the same movement mode systolic blood pressure is related to the load of movement.(4)After the movement,different movement patterns systolic blood pressure are significantly decreased,and decreased to below the control level;aerobic exercise group of diastolic down to the control group,resistance exercise group of diastolic is higher than the control group,but two movement patterns diastolic blood pressure are gradually developed to the control level.(5)Both aerobic and resistance exercise can make healthy adults in lower blood pressure after exercise,and the state can continue for a certain time.
