On the basis of previous studies.this paper studies and designs the corresponding sports prescription and implementation plan through group experiments of many members of the weight loss training camp of the Quanmin Fitness Center in Jinan City,combining the relevant theoretical and practical methods of sports prescription,and according to the pre-experiment diagnosis and evaluation situation.Through 8-week exercise intervention,the effects of aerobic exercise and resistance exercise were further compared,and the specific differences in weight BMI,waist to hip ratio,body fat content,and cardiopulmonary function were further summarized.We will further refine the best methods and effective solutions for exercise and weight loss,and constantly improve the formulation of relevant sports prescriptions.At the same time,we will continue to accumulate research data and materials to conduct more in-depth and more scientific research on the prescription of weight loss activities in the future.The establishment of a prescription library for weight loss activities in different obese people provides theoretical basis and practical experience.Finally,the following research conclusions are obtained:(1)Through 8 weeks of exercise to reduce fat,aerobic exercise and resistance exercise have a very significant improvement in adult weight loss effects.Both types of exercise can effectively improve the body's body composition,enhance cardiopulmonary function,and improve physical fitness.(2)Through experimental comparison,aerobic exercise and resistance exercise did not differ significantly in terms of improving weight.BMI,and waist to hip ratios.People with normal body weight can gain weight by aerobic exercise and resistance exercise,but for overweight and obese people,resistance exercise is better than aerobic exercise in reducing fat content.(3)In terms of cardiopulmonary function,the overall improvement of aerobic exercise was better than that of resistance movement,especially in enhancing the subject's heart function,which was significantly higher than the resistance movement effect.Aerobic exercise can effectively improve the participants 'heart tolerance.Ability and level.(4)Resistance exercise is significantly better than aerobic exercise in improving the level of the trunk and upper limbs such as sit-ups and push-ups,but has better aerobic exercise in terms of body flexibility such as the bending of the sitting body.Aerobic exercise and resistance exercise are helpful to improve the strength of lower extremities,but there is no significant difference between them.
