Martial arts teacher is an indispensable force in martial arts teaching.The development of martial arts teaching is controlled by martial arts teachers and the level of martial arts teachers determines the quality of martial arts education.Today,from the venue equipment,martial arts materials and other research areas,but the lack of research on the subject of martial arts teachers.Nowadays,from the perspective of martial arts teachers as the starting point,the author analyzes the factors that affect the teaching of martial arts by martial arts teachers.Martial arts teachers for teaching professional goals,improve the effectiveness of teaching martial arts provide important theoretical value and practical significance for the sustainable development of Wushu teaching.This paper uses the method of literature,questionnaire,experiment,mathematical statistics and logical analysis to carry out a questionnaire survey on the physical education teachers of 10 primary schools in Xiangcheng District of Suzhou City.At the same time,through the cross-comparison test,from the student perspective objective evaluation of different teachers,The students issued a questionnaire to demonstrate the differences between teachers,and the results of the questionnaire analysis.Survey results: The age structure of teachers is too young,the majority of young teachers,the proportion of male and female uncoordinated,lack of work experience.School teaching is good,but the proportion of martial arts teachers in schools is too small,there is a large amount of individual martial arts teachers.Teachers from a number of factors to assess the impact of teaching factors,personal interests,teaching experience,teaching skills,martial arts theory,teaching methods,teaching attitude,etc.,in the martial arts teaching there is a certain degree of difficulty.Teachers want to get a wide range of training,willing martial arts training,training organization level.Students evaluate different teachers to explain the demonstration,Wushu teachers in martial arts teaching has a comparative advantage.In the teaching organization and teaching classroom atmosphere there are differences,martial arts teachers in various forms,the formation of a good atmosphere of the classroom,is conducive to martial arts teaching.Teaching attitude in sharp contrast,martial arts teachers teaching attitude is more active,take the initiative to explore new forms of teaching.The problems and countermeasures of Wushu teaching in primary school: The proportion of Wushu teachers imbalance,there are defects in the teaching staff.Teachers' lack of capacity,can not meet the needs of teaching.Lack of physical education teacher training,can not strengthen the teaching skills.Expand the proportion of martial arts teachers,optimize the structure of teachers.Regular martial arts training to improve teachers' teaching ability.The introduction of martial arts professionals,complementary forms of teaching.
