The Universities "LGBT" Community’s Self-empowerment And Capacity Building,Basis On The Strength Perspective Theory

Around our life exist such a group— sexual minorities,referred to as "LGBT".This is an objective existence but easily marginalized groups.Social work as a professional to help people to help themselves professional,should be "speak out".The author through field investigation and in-depth interview by through qualitative research methods for the "LGBT" community.Attempts from the point of view of the advantage of "LGBT" community intervention of self-empowerment and capacity building,exploring new areas of social work practice,and give some suggestions.
