The concept of time and space is the basis of historical understanding and the accomplishment of history discipline in senior high school students.Only with a clear concept of time and space,the students can be able of different historical figures and historical events in the axis position in space and time,having an objective understanding of the characters and events,and be properly linked together to form the overall understanding of history.This paper were studied from the following several aspects of "space concept" quality:1.to understand the present situation of students "concept of space-time" literacy training in Shanghai high school history teaching through questionnaire survey;2.to establish the corresponding teaching schedule based on the "ordinary high school history curriculum standards" on further to the "space-time concept" core literacy ability definition and with stratification,ECNU edition of "high school history" as an example;3.of their own teaching practice and other teaching cases were summarized and refining,summed up the training methods and suggestions of students "space-time concept" quality of history teaching in senior high school.
