Well-being is the basic them e human beings are yearning for in their whole life,and is also the root of life meaning.The pursuit of well-being is what human beings are struggling for during their whole life.A valuable society exists in the tireless pursuit of well-being,so that the wisdom and civi lization of human bei ngs are developed.Well-being comes from the hard-working peop le.People create all things of value on the road to well-being.Well-being is also a science.Acquiring happiness also depends on hard work.The well-being of the society comes from the people who never give up the pursuit of happiness.During the process,education contributes to the acquisition of happiness;teachers play a decisive part in it.The study on the well-being of sen ior high teachers is beneficial to us to find the factors and problems that inf luence the happiness of senior high teachers,find the st rategies to solve the problems,and reach the final goal of education.This paper offers strategies and recommendations related to enhancing the well-being of senior high t eachers based on the comparative analysis and applying the method of literature research,investigation and etc.Based on the research of scholars at home and abroad on the sense of happiness of school,this paper refers to the teach ers' school happiness scale complied by Tian Lili.The scale includes three subscales,which is the subscale of school satisfaction,positive and negative feelings at school.The school satisfacti on scale covers 5 dimensions,which is the teacher-student relationship,colleague relations,s chool management,school environment,and duties and responsibilities.In order to finish the research on the positive and negative feelings at school,the scale of Miao Yuanjiang is adopted which includes 12 items.The results of the survey showed that in the aspect of whether the teacher is the head teacher or not,the head teacher is less happy;in the gender aspect,school male teacher is less happy;in the aspe ct of the weekly teaching sessions,the teacher has a lower level of happiness with m ore than 15 teaching sessions one week;in term s of monthly salary income,teachers with 4,000 yuan income or below are less happy;in the aspect of self-character evaluation,introverted teachers are less happy.Based on the analysis of the results of the investig ation,the factors that influence the happiness of senior high school teachers are summarized.Aimed at the factors influencing hi gh school teachers' school happiness,suggestions and countermeasures are put forward to improve the high school teachers' school well-being from the teachers themselves,school administrative departments and the society.Study found that there are m any ways to enhance senior high school teachers school well-b eing,such as reliev e teachers' job stress,im prove teachers' working treatment,optimize teachers' learning environment,improve teachers' social status,mobilize the scientific school m anagement,improve the teachers' working environment,build good relationship with colleagues and good relationship between teachers and students.Therefore,it is not difficult to really improve the happiness o f high school teachers.Improving the senior high school teachers' happiness can help teachers exert their greatest potential in the work and create the self-value to the most.A teacher can only realize his o r her self-value by totally devoting to teaching.When the school well-being of the teacher is acquired,the teacher will get to be more devoted to their job,love students and education,and ultimately achieve the goal of education.
