Under the quality education background,the educational stratification phenomenon in educational practice activities has not been eliminated,and is still ubiquitous.The pursuit of score in all circles makes the location of “good student” specialization,it is difficult to associate "good students" with deviation behavior in public opinion,but "good student" deviation behavior is a problem existing on educational practice.The writer takes "good students" as the research object,through the research method of interview and on the basis of analysis data to explain the construction of "good students" and their deviation behavior.The writer takes position of "good students" as the starting point,firstly discusses the conditions of good student,and then analyzes the advantage position of "good students" ?The position of the school is mainly reflected in the "good student" in school division layer at the bottom,at the same time,“good students ” is in "the advantages of the underlying layer" in the student group.On the basis of the filed location of “good students”,the study found that,there exist mutual structure between “good students” deviation behavior and hierarchical location: the one is that the deviation behavior is the weapons of weak to performance.As a vulnerable class,when facing the system specification,students rarely take a positive direct conflict,but through weak weapons-style resistance to express their dissatisfaction,including “deceit” and Guerilla irregularities.The second is the deviation behavior is used as the exercise of rights.In the course of exercise,the deviation behavior of the “good students” institutional power shows “abuse of power for personal gain” and the deviation in the implementation of the power.Relatively,the consequences of “good students” deviation behavior also present two different trends: the handing about “to up”,the “good students” deviation behavior is exposed to teacher's "differential treatment",and is exposed to be tolerated and forgiven,so that the privileged position of “good students” may be strengthened.The handing about “to down”,that makes the power further intensified,power to exercise more smoothly.There exist interaction between “good students” deviation behavior and field location.The research found that,in the process of building and maintaining the peer relationship,deviation behavior becomes an important way.The deviation behavior to up,“good students” use their own achievement capital and class-power capital to build the position in a partnership.In the operation of achievement capital,the deviation behaviors reflects in “borrow homework” and “copy homework”;in the operation of class-power capital,the deviation behaviors reflects in "Duty crime",and “go easy on classmates” and “cover up classmates”.The deviation behavior to down,in the relations with people,the deviation behaviors reflects in “sell the human feelings and take on the responsibility”,as well as the “principle” and "bottom line" in power exercise.The deviation behavior existing in “good students” capital operation can not only enhance their position in peer relationship,but also can consolidate the "good students" position in formal structure.Through the "process-event analysis" to discuss how "good students" use deviation behavior to construct field location and the specific operation process by case study.
