At present,the scale of the interdisciplinary postgraduates of ideological and political education is expanding.Compared with the professional students,interdisciplinary postgraduates has its particularity in the professional adaptation and professional identity.In fact,they are faced with a number of challenges in adapting and recognizing the profession before entering school.To enhance the professional identity of postgraduates in ideological and political education,it will help them to take the initiative to achieve professional training objectives,more proactive into professional and related academic research and work.In this study,through qualitative research methods,the author selects nine interdisciplinary postgraduates to conduct an interview.The study found that seven interdisciplinary postgraduates can establish a professional identity,and two students can not establish professional identity.There are three stages in the process of setting up the professional identity of the interdisciplinary postgraduates.The first one is the stage of the choice of thinking,which is manifested by the diversification of the purpose and the limitation of professional cognition.Second,the perception and exploration stage: the interdisciplinary postgraduate has the "freshness" of the new profession,a higher learning interest and investment behavior;explore in depth,they begin to look the profession again and actively seek change.Third,the sublimation identity stage: a sense of pride because the profession and an enthusiasm into the relevant academic research and work.Then,analyze the case of disagree the profession and the influencing factors of professional identity.In the discussion,put forward two points to enhance professional identity thinking from the periods of "enrollment" and "in-depth study".This paper is aimed at the formation process of professional identity and constituent elements,and finds out the factors that affect the change of professional identity.It is helpful to improve students' professional identity and improve the quality of personnel training.
