In contemporary education,there is a student stratification phenomenon in our educational practice,which can not be ignored or avoided.The "Gray students" groups are not concerned by their teachers in the background state for a long time.Their academic performance are in the middle level,all aspects are of mediocre.They comply with class discipline and follow the teacher arrangements.This paper will use qualitative research methods,for example interviews,observation and literature analysis.From the perspective of Bourdieu's Field Theory,through placing the "Gray students" in the class field,their Achievement capital,Teacher-student relationship capital,Peer relationship capital possession,this paper make the "Gray students" class field location clear,and analysis the high school "Gray students" class adaptation and strategy.The study found that "Gray students" Class adaptation process is not static,but a dynamic process.In the early adaptation to capital competition,the performance of capital as the core of the competition,the interpersonal capital as a supplement;In the middle of the adaptation,mainly to capital adjustment,the focus shifted to the relationship between teachers and students on the capital,to maintain the existing performance of capital,peer relationship capital;In the late adaptation to capital maintenance,the focus will be on the peer relationship capital,and efforts to maintain the performance of capital,teacher and student relationship capital.
