Private higher vocational colleges as an indispensable part of higher education in our country,the administrative staff of private higher vocational colleges as an important team of service teaching.The administrative personnel in Private Higher Vocational Colleges of the special status,usually need to do more than one post office,several roles,the workload is very large,and the task is very heavy.Therefore,can not be ignored in current situation of administrative staff,need to get more attention and help people in society,which can better alleviate the plight of their occupation burnout,but also the urgent need to solve the problem.This combination of administrative personnel in private higher vocational colleges practical work,according to the theoretical model of occupation burnout,using questionnaire survey method,gender,marriage,age,work experience,education,professional title and income for investigation of the administrative staff of eight Shijiazhuang private higher vocational colleges,and strive to understand the status quo of administrative personnel occupation burnout of Shijiazhuang private higher vocational colleges through the investigation of colleges.The results show that: for different gender teachers in the low sense of achievement dimension has a more obvious difference,while the low degree of achievement as a female administrator is indeed higher than male executives.There was no significant difference between the three dimensions of burnout and the total score of burnout.There was a significant difference in the dimensions of emotional exhaustion and burnout scores among different age groups.From the age of 31-40 years of age,and the working life is between 13-18 years of administrative personnel,their job burnout is the most serious.There are obvious differences in the three dimensions of job burnout and the total burnout of the administrators with different academic qualifications.For no title and the title of the administrative staff burnout is higher than other titles.With the further growth of personal income,the degree of emotional exhaustion will be gradually reduced,and the degree of depersonalization will be reduced,and the sense of achievement will be decreased.The conclusions are as follows:1.because of the different schools,the pressure of the administrative staff will be different,which is related to the personal.From the social point of view,the administrative occupation is not high there is prejudice,lack of sense of recognition and sense of belonging occupation and social status;from school,work pressure,less task,training and training opportunities for the development of little space,up less space and evaluation mechanism is not perfect;from the administrative staff's own situation,cannot demand satisfied,psychological quality is not optimistic,occupation planning and the defects of the interpersonal relationship is hindered,also the ideal and the reality is there is a big gap,so that the administrative staff in a state of imbalance in the psychological aspect,finally produced occupation burnout status.2.according to the job burnout of the administrative staff of the eight private higher vocational colleges in Shijiazhuang,this paper puts forward the need to resolve the problem from the following three aspects.From a social perspective: there is a reasonable expectation of the administrative staff of the private vocational colleges occupation,establish social support system and psychological assistance,to create a good environment for the reputation of administrative personnel;from the school level,to create a good working environment,do their work arrangements reasonably,establish a scientific and reasonable performance evaluation system the potential training opportunities,the implementation of flexible management;from a personal perspective,the need to strengthen the occupation identity,to cultivate good psychological quality,cultivate a sense of responsibility and good communication skills.In order to better resolve the phenomenon of private higher vocational college administrative staff burnout,improve the enthusiasm of the administrative staff.
