| Private higher vocational colleges,as a special group in higher education,play an important role in the development of national education.For a long time,the administrative work of private higher vocational colleges is mainly based on experience management.Under this management mode,there are many problems,such as high administrative cost,unobstructed department coordination,poor executive power,imperfect post responsibility system and incomplete performance evaluation system.In the face of the increasingly fierce competition in private higher vocational colleges,various resources flow to high quality colleges and universities,and the environment of grade differentiation is increasingly obvious.For the private vocational colleges,the administrative work should be brave to break the old management mode and move towards the fine management.Therefore,the introduction of fine management has become an inevitable choice for the administrative work of colleges and universities.It is of great significance to improve the administrative work mode of the existing private vocational colleges through fine management and promote the promotion of administrative work in private higher vocational colleges.Meticulous management is "fine,accurate,fine,strict,real",through the refinement of standards,using the means of programming,standardization,data and information,so that the organization and management of the various units to achieve fine,efficient,cooperative and continuous operation.Based on the theory of management and education,based on the analysis of the fine management theory,based on the actual administrative work of X private higher vocational colleges,this study finds out the existence of the administrative work in the administrative work of the private higher vocational colleges of X.The analysis of problems and causes brings the fine management concept into the administrative work of private higher vocational colleges.Through theoretical research and practical exploration,a set of fine management scheme for private higher vocational colleges is formed.Part of the scheme is tested by practice,and part of the plan is to be verified by practice.Its core is to solve the problems of administrative staff’s enthusiasm,execution,system process and incentive measures,and put forward five sub schemes,such as post job log system,first accountability system,important work supervision system,assessment andperformance wage decentralization,post grading system and so on.Demand,better service school development. |
