In recent years,with the transformation and development of the economy and society and the deepening of the reform process of the education system,the scale of the administrative staff of higher education institutions in China has been expanding and the structure has become increasingly complex,and it faces more work requirements and heavy burdens.There are different levels of burnout in the staff.The occupational burnout of administrative staff not only affects their own development,but also causes negative emotions such as loss and boredom of work,and also blocks the construction of administrative staff in colleges and universities,which has a negative impact on the quality of teaching and the level of running schools.Based on the phenomenon of occupational burnout of college administrators,this paper takes Hunan X University as an example and uses two-factor theory,three-dimensional theory and expectation theory to conduct in-depth research on the formation mechanism and influencing factors of college administrators' job burnout.The current situation of administrative staff burnout.According to the regression analysis of empirical investigation,combined with the domestic and foreign research results of college administrators' job burnout,the factors affecting the occupational burnout of college administrators are found,including work pressure,work atmosphere,management system,salary and social status.In order to further enhance the enthusiasm and innovation of college administrators,and to improve the quality and level of overall administrative management in colleges and universities,this paper puts forward the governance of colleges and universities in three aspects: establishing an effective social support network,perfecting the management system of colleges and strengthening the positive evaluation of individuals.The countermeasures for the phenomenon of managerial burnout.Among them,the establishment of an effective social support network includes improving identity and work value,establishing a career support system and establishing good interpersonal relationships;improving the university management system focuses on improving the effective performance appraisal system,reasonable incentive mechanism and internal equality cooperation system.Finally,from the three aspects of strengthening self-learning,objectively understanding oneself and actively accepting oneself,it discusses the strengthening of individual positive cognitive evaluation.
