"Building a strong education country is the foundation for the great rejuvenation of t he Chinese nation," the report said.Private higher vocational colleges is an inalienable pa rt of China's higher education,has the good properties,only the "strengthening the vocati onal education and technical skills training",to do a good job in "fair" and has the qualit y of education.The working level of administrative personnel of private vocational colleg es is related to the normal development of the teaching order and determines the competi tiveness of institutions of higher learning to a certain extent.Therefore,it is particularly i mportant to evaluate the performance of administrative personnel in private vocational col leges.On the basis of studying the theories and methods related to performance apprais al,this paper studies Dalian maple leaf vocational and technical college and analyzes t he existing problems in the current performance appraisal.In view of the performance evaluation purpose is not clear,the method is not scientific,the system is not sound,unreasonable indicators,such deep study on the application,using the target manage ment and key performance indicators method is optimized to improve the current perf ormance evaluation.After clarifying the objectives,principles and ideas,this paper put s forward the "new five-dimension model" of performance appraisal in Dalian maple l eaf vocational and technical college,and designs the personal indicators and departmen tal indicators of administrative management.Carry out the pilot implementation and ef fect analysis with the scheme,put forward the Suggestions for further improvement,a nd put forward relevant solutions and corrective measures for the effective operation o f the performance appraisal.Through research and analysis,it is hoped to establish a scientific and fair perfor mance appraisal system consistent with the characteristics of Dalian maple leaf vocatio nal and technical college.Solve the problems in performance appraisal;To stimulate t he enthusiasm of administrative personnel and improve work efficiency;To build a hi gh-quality administrative management team and improve the core competitiveness;To achieve the self-development of administrative personnel and achieve the development goals of the college.Transfer qualified technical talents to the society and promote th e healthy development of Dalian maple leaf vocational and technical college.
