Research On Enrolment Work In Higher Vocational College And Countermeasures

Higher vocational education is an important part of higher education in our country.At present,the number of candidates in China continues to decrease,the number of universities is increasing,undergraduate admission rate was increased,which resulted in higher vocational colleges enrollment difficulties,education caused a large number of idle resources,a serious shortage of education funds,and even difficult to normal operation.Enrollment in higher vocational colleges has become a major challenge faced by the state,society and higher vocational colleges.In this paper,the enrollment problems in higher vocational education is the main object of study,through in-depth study of domestic and foreign higher vocational education development and the development status of domestic higher vocational enrollment,discusses issues related to the recruitment of students from farther and deeper perspective,to learn lessons and find out,build an efficient,convenient and has strong operability.The strategy of enrollment publicity,promote the connotation construction in higher vocational colleges,creating characteristics of a brand,for the future of the enrollment reform,innovation and development to provide data support and theoretical basis for the transformation and development of vocational colleges lay the foundation.The main content of this paper is divided into three parts.The first part discusses the concept and characteristics of higher vocational college.By expounding the concept of higher vocational education,analyzing the difference and connection with higher education,analyzing the basic characteristics of higher vocational education,laying the foundation for studying the enrollment of higher vocational colleges.The second part elaborated analysis the enrollment problems and reasons of the higher vocational college,summarize the problems of enrollment.We analysis the problem from the 3 aspects: national policies,self-construction of higher vocational colleges,enrollment of higher vocational colleges and so on.The third part discusses the effective way to strengthen the enrollment and the principle of work in higher vocational college.We also investigate the S College freshmen as the research object,summarize the examinee register state of mind in-depth.Based on the analysis the reasons of the difficulty in enrolling new student,explore and research the effective approach to solve the enrollment of higher vocational college.In this paper,literature analysis,data analysis and questionnaire are used as the main methods of the research.
