The continuous development of information technology has further deepened the connotation and extension of education and teaching,and the demand for teachers' professional quality has been further improved.For learning the way,the first in the division can.The quality of teachers determines the quality of teaching to a certain extent.Therefore,the level of information technology teaching depends on the professional ability of teachers in this field.However,due to the impact of such factors as the college entrance examination,the role of the information technology teacher among the teachers has been gradually diluted.Especially,the development of information technology teachers in high schools has been greatly restricted.The domestic and foreign teachers' professional development based on the relevant theory,based on the knowledge and attitude of technical expertise,information and other aspects as the starting point,and the AB area high school information technology teachers as a research case,and using the method of interview and questionnaire survey,in-depth study of the current situation of the development of information technology teachers in the region,is discussed in detail many problems exist in the high school information technology teachers in professional development such as age,disorder,professional Faenza,gender imbalance;the position is not clear,the task is vast,all;the lack of professional knowledge,grasp the lack of curriculum;comprehensive quality should be improved,the lack of professional ability;professional identity and lack of discipline,not enough attention;after the entry in the form of training,professional development is not strong etc..Combined with the related theoretical content and practical analysis,this paper expounds what kind of external and internal causes of the emergence of these problems,and from different aspects are given corresponding measures: pay attention to the construction of the system,improve the management structure of the counterpart;raise awareness level,strengthen the degree of attention;to enhance the awareness of class to promote the improvement of teaching quality;to further promote the professional construction,strengthening the professional identity;improve the enthusiasm of occupation career development,sustainable planning;promote the network teaching,enrich the teaching content;promote the fusion of disciplines,promote campus construction.In order to promote the professional development of high school information technology teacher to give a certain reference value.
