Research On Risk Identification And Control Countermeasures Of XD Education Consulting Company

In recent years,the position of service industry in China’s economic development has become more and more important.As an important part of the service industry,the education consulting industry is also a relatively emerging industry.Enterprises in the industry are also developing rapidly.The growth rate of an education consulting enterprise is often faster than that of enterprises in other service industries.Unlike the traditional discipline training,education consulting enterprises coexist with opportunities and challenges under the double reduction policy.Firstly,by classifying and sorting out the literature results on risk management and control,this paper analyzes the research situation of enterprise risk management and control at home and abroad,and summarizes the theoretical basis of this paper.Then,taking XD education consulting company as the research object,this paper analyzes the current situation of the company’s risk management and control by means of literature analysis,questionnaire,expert survey and analytic hierarchy process,and carries out risk identification from the perspectives of strategy,finance,operation,market and policy,For the enterprise’s non-financial risk,the risk assessment is carried out from the two dimensions of risk occurrence probability and risk impact degree to form a risk assessment matrix.For the enterprise’s financial risk,the expert investigation method and analytic hierarchy process are used for risk assessment.Finally,according to the risk assessment conclusion,put forward corresponding control countermeasures for different levels of risks,so as to minimize the risks in the company’s business process and help the healthy development of the enterprise.The countermeasures and suggestions in this paper have certain practical significance for improving the current situation of risk management and control of XD education consulting company.At the same time,they can also be used as a reference for other enterprises in the education consulting industry in the establishment of risk management and control mechanism,and help education consulting enterprises to reduce risks and develop healthily as much as possible in the process of rapid development.
