The teaching ability of after-school tutoring institutions teachers has become the core of value.New after-school tutoring institutions teachers' ability is poor.How to quickly promote the new teachers' teaching ability.The study is helpful to improve the tutoring targeted,promote the students' learning and teachers' professional growth.The research questions of this study is a training organization of teachers of mathematics induction training plan and strategy.This study adopts case study method,action education research method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,class observation method.First of all,it sets the target and model of the study by consulting a large number of relevant literature,based on which,the initial model for the after-school tutoring agencies has been designed.Secondly,the study acknowledges how well the new teachers grasp function knowledge and the aspects that are needed to be improved through diagnostic tests and interviews.At last,the paper makes an action Education Research on the process of improving the ability of new teachers in A institutions,and summarizes the feasible scheme.Through the implementation of action education the analysis of data research,conclusions can be obtained as follows:first,Action Education Model has targeted affection on improving the ability of teachers in tutoring organizations;second,it is of great importance for the teachers in tutoring organizations to explain the concepts clearly;third,adopting the error variation theory teaching can effectively promote the new teachers' ability of explaining the errors in exercises;fourth,advanced and reasonable decomposition gradient can improve the new teachers' ability of explaining comprehensive exercises;fifth,a reasonable exit strategy can promote the growth of new teachers in practical teaching.
