The Research On The Resource Allocation Of Private Higher Education In Hei Longjiang Province

Since the reform and opening up,private higher education has been from small to large,from weak to strong,and has become an important part of socialist education.With the development of the market economy and the pushing of the social needs,all kinds of private universities in Heilongjiang Province has be developing rapidly,which has occupied an important role in the higher education market in Heilongjiang Province.Private higher education in Heilongjiang Province conforms the higher education system needs,absorbs social resources widely,makes up the lack of financial funds,also excavates the potential of existing educational resources,and makes a new exploration in the allocation of resources.But for the long-term development,it also has many problems in the allocation of resources.Over the years,private higher education in Heilongjiang province formed a "top-down" model,running inefficient,inadequate funding for education,the shortage of educational resources,and the available resources for development is very limited,which has affected the utilization of resources seriously,brought about waste of educational resources in system and structure,and obstructedthe Integral development of private universities in Heilongjiang Province seriously.Therefore,how to improve the allocation of resources of private higher education,use of existing resources more efficiently,and meet the demand of the state and society for private higher education,has become the focus in the area of private higher education.In this paper,combining the knowledge of resources allocation,and proceeding from the development Status of private higher education resource allocation of Heilongjiang Province,author analyzes current exciting problems of resource allocation of private higher education in Heilongjiang province,and traces to its source against these problems,to find out the cause of the problem,and according to these reasons,studies the countermeasure of perfecting private education resource allocation detailedly.This study has practical significance for improving the ability of resource allocation in Heilongjiang Province,and promoting the development of private colleges in Heilongjiang Province scientifically and sustainably.
