| This study firstly expounds the background of the research on the coordination relationship between population urbanization and land urbanization.The 12th Five-year Plan period is a critical period for Liaoning’s overall development.In 2011,the municipal government of Liaoning province issued a special report on the promotion of urbanization in the province.The document points out that the work goal of urbanization construction in Liaoning province is:By the end of 2015,the province’s urbanization level has reached around 70%,urban population reached more than 30 million people,the newly increased urban population more than 4 million people;The population size of the direct-controlled municipality has basically reached more than one million people,the population size of the county-level cities has reached an average of 250,000 and the county town population has an average of 10,000 people.The planning further confirms the "road map" of urbanization,the urbanization development space primarily build around two national development strategy:according to the construction of Shenyang economic zone and the coastal economic belt,promote urbanization in the whole province.Shenyang economic zone focuses on building new city and new towns.Coastal economic belt construction key parks.We will accelerate the construction of county towns and 100 central towns to play a central role in the development of regional urbanization.The city and the county city completed the transformation of the urban village,basically completed the reconstruction of the town side village,and promoted the urbanization of the whole area in the key cities and counties.By 2015,the urban population come up to 29.52 million people in Liaoning province,population urbanization rate reached 67.35%,basically completed the strategy of the Twelfth Five-year Plan,and lay a solid foundation for the 13th Five-year Plan.Insist on promoting urbanization construction has far-reaching significance and urgent realistic value for Liaoning’s economic and society all-round development.Secondly,the research make a combed and evaluated on urbanization at home and abroad.In the study of urbanization at home and abroad,the research of abroad is earlier,and the urbanization in China is relatively late.This paper clarifying the research ideas,clarifying the research methods,and points out the innovation points and shortcomings in this paper.Then,state the main content of the research and research methods are presented.In this paper,mainly using the method of literature,and the combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods,based on the present situation of the population urbanization and land urbanization development in Liaoning province,explore the coordinated relations,find the pattern that suits the urbanization development in Liaoning province,to promote better and faster development of urbanization in Liaoning province.The innovation point of this paper is that most studies discussed Liaoning population urbanization and land urbanization respectively before,and this paper combination through the coordinated relationship between the two,and discuss the problems and countermeasures of urbanization development in Liaoning.Relying on the macro background of our country urbanization degree deepening,base on the population migration theory,the basic theory of land use,as well as the rapid development of the vision of the theory and balanced development theory as the research basis,based on the CHINA CITY STATISTICAL YEARBOOK,integrating theory with practice,from the connotation of land urbanization,population urbanization and coordination,analyzed in the combination of theory and data,and build regression model to explore the related factors on the impact of the coordinated development of urban.Then on the basis of this analysis,build the land-population coordinated development of population urbanization evaluation system,and taking Liaoning province as an example,from two dimensions of time and space on the land-population evaluate the coordination degree of population urbanization.Finally,through the analysis of the problem causes of coordination degree of land and population urbanization in Liaoning province,analysis the causes of problems and solutions,and then put forward policy suggestions about the land-population development of population urbanization in Liaoning province.Build coordinating evaluation system about land urbanization and population urbanization in the whole province area in Liaoning province scope as evaluation object,from two aspects of time and space to evaluate the coordination of land urbanization and population urbanization in Liaoning province.Overall coordination of urbanization development in Liaoning province by swings forward gradually evolved for the coordinated development,land urbanization slightly faster than the population urbanization,the urban development because of different development conditions can lead to the development of coordination degree of inequality.Based on the theoretical analysis and empirical research,the healthy development of Liaoning province land urbanization,improving the quality of population urbanization development speed and put forward policy suggestion,finally realizes the land-population the purpose of the coordinated development of population urbanization.Explore the reform of land system,realize land price system,accelerate the household registration system,the social security system,the reform of employment system,and eliminate the system obstacle of urbanization healthy development fundamentally,improve the migrant workers into public policy support system.In addition,in urban planning management,strictly control the scope of urban land use,optimizing the construction land layout,actively develop the third industry,guide the industry and the concentration of population,promote the common development of the economy and urbanization,finally realize the urbanization. |
