A Study Of Student Dormitory Management Against The Background Of Socialization Of College Logistics

The socialization reform of college logistics has a positive effect on solving problem of university logistics,at the same time,it correspondingly makes the college students' ideology changed,the specific performance is that a lot of students continuously enhance the concept of freedom,this becomes a challenge for management of students' dormitory.Understanding the current situation of student dormitorys' management and students' degree of satisfaction in the aspect of students dormitory management under the background of socialization reform of college logistics,it has important guiding significance on the improvement of students dormitory management work in the future.This paper discusses in detail the concrete management mode and the process of the student dormitory at H college,against the background of the socialization reform of college logistics.By applying the methods of questionnaire survey,case interviews and focused group interviews with the students of H college,it aims to understand their overall evaluation of the students dormitory management.This paper seeks to make a thorough analysis of the factors affecting students' overall evaluation of the dormitory management from two major perspectives: objectively the dormitory management and subjectively the observations of the students.Methods applied here include multiple regression analysis,Chi-Square tests and Spearman rank correlation co-efficiency.The study demonstrates that,in the overall evaluation of the objective factors affecting the management of student dormitory,the influence of the services offered in the student dormitory is the most significant,but safety and convenience related issues are not of much significance in regard to the overall evaluation.From the subjective factors influencing the overall evaluation of students' dormitory,male students' general satisfaction level is lower than that of their female counterpart.Further,the degree of satisfaction varies according to different types of management.Additionally,the levels of students' academic advancement as well as of their family social levels demonstrate a negative correlation to the overall evaluation.Finally,this study puts forward two creative theoretical interpretative points: on the one hand,the impersonalization emphasized by the bureaucratic management system goes against the freedom advocated by students;on the other hand,due to the colonization of life's sphere,the management no longer endeavors to normalize and regulate actions,but rather makes goal-oriented action as their primary concern.Drawing upon the discoveries and observations,in the end,this paper illustrates some coping strategies for the dormitory management reform in higher education institutions.In short,it advises to reach manifestation of human characters through differential,participatory and autonomous management;to reach appropriate communication through communicating,exchange and rationality of value.
