As an important component of our national education system, the non-academiceducational training has received vigorous support of the Government and thus maderapid development during the past ten years. Nowadays, in addition to the traditionalresearch and development type, follow type, leading type and market type, thenon-academic educational training is directing into the chain operation,marketing-divided, franchise, trade cooperation and curriculum development ofcustomers. With the increase of market competition and demand of consumers, thenon-academic educational training market will be re-allotted inevitably. How to buildCore Competitiveness and get further development and expansion in fierce markets hasbeen the most important problems that should be solved for our national non-academiceducational training organizations.This thesis firstly reviews the fundamental theory of Core Competitiveness,including its definition, basic properties, elements and Recognition Methods. Based onthe core competitiveness, we try to build a component system for the corecompetitiveness of our national non-academic educational training organizations bycombining their specific connotation and basic features. This component system iscomposed of core layer, implicit layer and explicit layer.Then,to verify the rationality and feasibility of our component system, theoperation of non-academic educational training organization A is studied. Wesummarize its successful operation experiences, analyze the elements of every level ofits core competitiveness and find that its specific core competitiveness is“Transformation Education”. To verify the rationality and feasibility of our componentsystem, this specific core competitiveness pattern is discussed in detail. In addition, thesuccessful operation of organization A is also a beneficial example for the developmentand expansion of non-academic educational training organizations in fierce markets. Finally, on the basis of our component system, we attempt to give someinspirations and advices on how to improve the core competence of our nationalnon-academic educational training organizations.
