With the continuous improvement of the economic strength of developing countries,more and more developing countries begin to enter the stage of industrial transformation,expanding from high energy consumption and dyeing industry to service industry.Since the reform and opening up,the service industry in our country has been developing rapidly.But unlike the developed countries,this development is a low level and low level development.It mainly relies on the support of resources and energy in the region,and with the increasing cost of resources,it also causes difficulties for development.Therefore,vigorously developing new educational industrial structure plays an important role in enhancing the internal competitiveness of enterprises and improving the industrial structure richness and overall strength in China.Education service is a long-term,sustainable industry,government needs to increase its total expenditures in the proportion of the outstanding position in other industries,continue to innovate and adjust the scientific theory of the development of the times,the whole has important significance to speed up China's industrial structure adjustment.This article is based on the actual situation of A education service company,in order to solve practical problems,and to explore the problems that may be encountered in the future development of the company.It is found that human resources include A training service trainers,postgraduate training trainers,and consulting service consultants,which can be regarded as core competency,followed by knowledge management capability of enterprises,and finally,market operation ability.Talent is the fundamental guarantee for the long-term development of A education companies,and capital is not the main factor.Therefore,the fundamental reason for A education services to generate benefits is to provide customers with corresponding services based on intelligence.Therefore,only by establishing a stable team of experts can we cope with the complex market demand.Through the analysis of this company,we put forward the specific strategy for the construction of the core competitiveness of A education service company: for external strategy,we can strengthen the interaction with the government,strengthen cooperation with the outside,strengthen the integration of external resources.For the company's internal,you can strengthen the training of talents,to consolidate the advantages of core products to improve innovation management system,enhance the company's marketing capabilities,improve customer service capabilities.
