Analysis And Research On The Influence Factors Of Coaching Ability In The College Basketball Coaches Of Fujian

Fujian province college basketball's got rapid development in the campus,basketball has been the traditional strengths in some universities,in the face of changing form of basketball development,basketball pattern of fujian province has made some changes,and the changes in a certain extent,have relationship with college basketball teaching coaches ability factor.In this paper,in reference to predecessors about coaches coaching ability influence factors on the basis of the research content and method,USES the literature material method,interview method,questionnaire investigation,logical analysis and mathematical statistics,about the present situation of fujian college basketball coaches and their ability to coach in-depth study and analysis on the influence factors,the following conclusions:1,the fujian province college basketball coaches basic reasonable degree,age structure;Gender,job title,coaches,referees level is unreasonable;Basketball coaches coaching fixed number of year is focused on the 3-11 years 56%of the total;92%of basketball coaches have basketball experience.2,college basketball coaches coaching ability of fujian province is mainly composed of training ability,management ability,innovation ability,the analysis judgment ability and self-improvement ability and coordination ability of six dimensions.3,training ability mainly includes:the ability to develop and implement training plan training load ability and the ability of the students according to their aptitude,summed up the ability of training and competition,the athletes selecting ability,ability to deal with physical training and tactics,the interpretation of tactics demonstration ability,cultivating athletes the ability the eight aspects of thinking training.4,management ability mainly includes:the ability to formulate the training management system,strong dedication and sense of responsibility,timely discover and solve the problems in the training of ability,the ability to motivate team and solidarity,tactical equipped with the ability to select players from five aspects.5,the innovation ability mainly includes the training method of innovation ability,training means and methods of using energy,to the project characteristic law cognition ability three aspects.6,self-perfection ability factor mainly includes:the ability to learn and master new knowledge and skills,professional knowledge level,the personal charm of coaches,discovered its deficiency and constantly improve the ability of self these four aspects.7,the analysis judgment mainly includes:keen observation,decisive decision-making ability,see athletes the ability of these three aspects.8,coordinate interpersonal ability factor mainly includes six aspects:language expression ability,arouse the enthusiasm of athletes training of ability,practice preachings ability,establishing good special attention to the team wind ability,ability to do ideological education for athletes,collaboration with colleagues,the ability of these six aspects.Advice:1,the relevant departments and leadership from on macroscopic to perfect the gender of basketball coaches,coaches,title structure in fujian province colleges and universities.2,formulate reasonable policies and improve the teaching ability of basketball coaches,to create good conditions conducive to the development of college basketball sports in the long run,at the same time give more opportunities for lead participating various experience,work to strengthen communication between universities and colleges in fujian province basketball coaches.3,relevant departments and culture can also refer to the assessment of the coaches training ability,management ability,innovation ability,the analysis judgment ability,ability to self-improvement and six dimensions to perform coordination ability.
