| As the most glorious profession in the world,teachers are engineers of the human soul,responsible for the nation’s future and revitalization,.However,the teachers’ professional ethics,that is,the moral construction,is the soul and the eternal theme of the educational cause.“Learn to be a teacher,act to be a moralist”,which summarizes the teacher’s demeanor in short.Teachers’ ethics are of great significance and far-reaching influence at all times.With the sustainable development of market economy,the comprehensive deepening of Reform and Opening-up,and the constant impact of multiculturalism and values,teachers’ ethics are becoming more and more complicated and severe.This paper begins with the research background of primary school teachers’ ethics,and discusses the dual significance of its theory and practice.It focuses on the related researches on professional ethics at domestic and abroad,and especially expounds the present research studied by the domestic scholars in three aspects: ethical connotation and norms,ethical construction present and causes,ethicalproblems and countermeasures.Byliterature,questionnaires,interviews and other methods,the paper takes a primary school in J city,Jiangxi province,as the research subject,selectsa certain number of Grade 1-6 students and their parents,andasks them questions,designs and publishes questionnaires on a web platform,and carries out the network R&D in the way of secret ballot.And then the research uses computer technology to collect data statistically,and makethe results based on the data andfeedback.According to the results,the paper analyzes primary teachers’ ethics problem in three aspects of the school level,the teacher,the teacher’s evaluation mechanism,and categorizes its reasons from the perspectives of values,educational philosophy,social relations,teacher psychology,personality and other aspects.Based on these specific reasons,combined with the actual situation in the city of J,the paper studies the countermeasure to primary school teachers’ ethics problem and puts forward to the theoretical points including creating a favorable atmosphere to promote the ethical construction,improving the system construction to promote the construction of teachers’ ethics,improving self-cultivation to promote the theory of ethics construction.Creating a favorable atmosphere is creating ‘Four Atmosphere’ which refers toPublic OpinionAtmosphere,School &HomeCooperationAtmosphere,Mutual CooperationAtmosphere and Mutual TrustAtmosphere;To improve the system construction emphasizes to strengthen the system construction of the government’s functional departments and the school mechanism,that is to say,strengtheningthe mutual supervision and management of society and school to realize internal and external interaction;To improve self-cultivation stresses to establish the perceptions of values,profession and honor.These conclusions are in accord with the presentsituation,which is of guiding significance to improve the teachers’ ethics construction in primary school. |
