Research On Value Education Of Social Work In Ethnic Areas

Social work is a professional,with the value of this value education is the core component of the social work professional education.However,the current.social work professional education in national regions of China has been the common education,are universality or general personal and social problems,and not enough attention to the uniqueness of the ethnic minority areas,professional social work education failed to view of complexity of the social problems,facing the training goal is not clear,the curriculum is not reasonable,the practice effect is not obvious difficulties,these difficultieshighlights professional values have not been paid enough attention in the teaching system of the fact.that has not been fully appreciated in the minority areas.The author thinks t.hat the fact that has become a social work professional sound development in national regions and the social work talent team of obstacles,pay more attention to the value of education of social work,especially the role of professional value adaptive changes in ethnic areas,social governance is of great significance in the ethnic areas.Baced on X college of Inner Mongolia as an example,this paper explore the status quo and problems of social work value education in national regions,and then try to put forward the connotation of the socail work value education in national regions,in order to make up for the inadequacy of the socail work education,for socail work practitioners in practice test and apply social work values in the region,but also provide reference to the research of the social work value in national regions.
