| Social work professionals are indispensable in building a socialist harmonious society and strengthening social management. They are playing an important support effect in improving the level of social services, solving difficult problems, resolving social conflicts and disputes, maintaining social harmony and stability. As an important talent support in building a socialist harmonious society, social work professionals not only make the socialist core values as its own essence and soul of the building of professional ethics, but also as a practice of their professional ethics and codes of conduct directed behavior. Thus, social work professionals must actively cultivate and practice the socialist core values, and "internalized in the heart, externalized outside of the line", into the great practice of building socialism with Chinese characteristics and professional social work services among.In this paper, the Marxism talent and the Marxist ideology relative independence are guides. It analyse from the concept and definition of the relationship between social work professionals and the socialist core values.Through literature research, individual interviews, questionnaires and other methods, we found that social work professionals are lack of recognition and practice in the process of nurturing the core values. The reasons are lack of perfect laws and regulations, lack of complete organization and management in the party and government, lack of ineffective education and training in the universities, lack of basic values foster in social organizations and lack of values nurturing in social work professionals and so on. As a result, we based on the state, society and individuals aspects, are suggesting that the Party and government should actively complete relevant laws and strengthen management, school education should improve the effectiveness, social organizations should highlight the values cultivation and social work professionals should develop self-education. |
