Cooperation between school and family is one of the hot spots in educational research.And lots of countries pay attention on the research as well as China.There should be tight relationship between school education and family education,which is the precondition to get great development for family education under the guide of school.Even though the rural parents pay more attention on education than before,there are still many problems on the aspect of cooperation between the school and family.The research on the problems is important for the development of rural students and improvement the quantity of education.This article did deep study for one rural primary school in Weifang under the methods of interview and questionnaire survey,which refer to the relative research result in the world.Study result shows currently most of rural parents have understood the importance of cooperation with school,who are active and kind during the communication with school.And the form of cooperation is various.But there are still many problems for the cooperation between school and family.List the main problems as below.For School,it has not established complete system and published corrective action to enhance the cooperation.For rural teacher,it is lack of service and cooperation awareness,professional educational quality and communication skills with parents of students.Also there is no enough training for this topic: cooperation with parents of students.For rural family,parents cost less of time to company with children than doting grandparents,who cannot accept the guide from teacher.Due to lack of enough guidance about cooperation with school,parents are not active on the cooperation,even conflict with teacher,which lead to estrangement with school.As the backward education concept of some rural parents,the education method isdespotism or indulgence.The writer provides many proposals for the problems based on practical teaching experiences as below.For rural school,firstly to establish complete management system,increase the opening of school and provide more guidance for family education.Next to widen the channels of cooperation and optimize the implement mechanism.Then set up complete system to evaluate the performance of teachers and parents.Lastly study the deep cooperation method to shorten the distance between school,teacher and parents.While school and family reach an agreement on education,the students will grow healthy in the harmonious environment.
