The integration and development of science and technology have not only given birth to the form of information and knowledge society,but also promoted the transformation of scientific and technological innovation models.Extensive attention has been drawn from the scientific community and the public for the cultivation of innovation capabilities.As a creative trend of thought and educational activities,Maker Education emerged in such context and flourished in the field of education.The study found that the practice and research of maker teaching currently mostly remain at the level of face-to-face classroom teaching,and less attention is paid to maker-based teaching based on mobile tools,and no in-depth study has been conducted.Therefore,satisfying the needs of learners for on-line creator learning and facilitating the efficient launch of the creator teaching activities have become an urgent issue to be solved.The educational technology practice research of this topic adopts a design-based research method,and selects a popularized WeChat public platform to provide education function support for maker education.Based on this,the overall design,implementation,reflection and improvement are carried out.The study first conducted in-depth interviews with the makers of experts,teachers,and learners,and analyzed the needs of the pupils for the curriculum,learning support,and resource design.The preliminary design of the teaching principle,learning support,teaching process and creators based on the WeChat public platform.This study is conducted through three rounds of iterations,maker teaching activity based on the WeChat public platform was constructed.Among which the first round of research focused on the learners' initial use of learning effects and timely reflections on issues reflected by learners;the second round of research focused on the refinement of teaching principles,processes,and resource design to improve inadequacies of the first round research,to test the effectiveness of learning;in the third round of research,the overall design of creator teaching based on the WeChat public platform has tended to be perfect,but the innovation of learners is insufficient.Therefore,this round of research focuses on how to cultivate learners' awareness of independent innovation.After three rounds of iterative cycles,it finds that the study is operational and successful by collating and analyzing relevant data.Specifically: First,the theoretical results.The study puts forward the relevant theories of creator teaching based on the WeChat public platform through practice,including teaching principles,learning support,and design of teaching procedures.The second is the practical results.This study satisfies the needs of the learner online learning creator course.Through learning on the platform,the learning effect is more efficient,and they also exercise their independent learning ability,independent problem solving ability,creative thinking ability,and hands-on operation ability.Finally,this study looks forward to the improvement of creator courses and resource design based on the WeChat public platform.
