Scientific inquiry ability is a kind of high level ability with complex structure,which is gradually developed in the process of continuous learning and exploration,and has a certain relationship with family education.The research of high school students’ scientific inquiry ability focuses mainly on the experience presentation,the current situation investigation,the characteristic research,the appraisal method discussion,the reason analysis and so on.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the relationship between high school students’ scientific inquiry ability and the perspective of family education.On the basis of relevant theoretical research,the author tries to investigate high school students’ biological science inquiry ability and scientific research ability of family education,using the research methods of literature,questionnaire,interview,statistics and so on,to further analyze the relationship between the two preliminarily,in order to provide effective suggestions so as to improve family education scientific research ability of senior high school students and scientific implementation.Some results have been obtained in the following three aspects:1.the survey results of the present research ability of Biological Sciences: the students’ ability of biological science inquiry is generally weak.The ability to analyze on the basic elements of scientific inquiry abilities,to reasonably conjecture and assume based on existing knowledge and experience,and to reflect and summarize the experimental results is generally weak.2.the survey results of scientific inquiry ability about family education: parents surveyed usually pay more attention on the cultivation of children’s observation,questioning,trial and error.It still needs to be improved in degree of understanding of science inquiry,in the treatment of children’s’ questions,and in encouraging or participating in related small experiment and guiding the student to carry on the summary,reflection and conclusion.3.the relationship between the family education and the ability of scientific inquiry: the relationship between the students’ biological science inquiry ability and the related family education is very close,and the correlation is very significant.Therefore,we should pay more attention to the important function of family education in high school students’ inquiry ability in biological science in the process of development.Parents should pay attention to improve their learning ability and the use of contemporary scientific concept of family education,and cultivate children’s scientific inquiry ability in the daily life to lay a solid foundation for the school education.At the same time,school education should be effectively expanded and extended.Schools and teachers should pay attention to home-school cooperation,so that the majority of parents will be involved in their children’s education,so as to promote students’ all-round development.
