The teaching management is the most important one in school management, to raise the level of school management, the key is to improve the enthusiasm of teachers. But at present, the part of school managers of wuhai more rely on the administative means, and lack of the knowledge of the profession of teachers and psychological needs of them; lack of the knowledge of their motivation, the current situation and the target; in the operation of the encouraged mechanism of school, such phenomenons exist that incentive system is not perfect, incentive mode not rich, incentive process unfair, and enforcement does not reach the designated position. Some school managers fail to respect teachers, they just let teachers do their job, but do not train them, eager for quick success,and omit their labor characteristics, psychological characteristics and justified and reasonable needs. These have seriously affected teachers work enthusiasm, and impacted the school's sustainable development. In order to mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers', as school managers, how to put maslow's hierarchy theory into the school management domain in order to realize the scientific management of man, so as to effectively arouse the enthusiasm of teachers, it must be seriously thought and researched by each education managers.Maslow's hierarchy theory of needs thinks, the person's needs can be devided into, according to its importance, living needs,safety requirements, attribution and love needs, respect needs and self realization needs. In this paper, the masrrow five needs hierarchy are separately explained, based on the actual need of teachers in Wuhai, characteristics of wuhai teachers need was investigated in order to use the maslow's hierarchy need theory to find out the various needs of the driving force. Thus, strive to put forward some strategies and suggestions for improving teachers' enthusiasm and creativity of Wuhai.Through investigation and analysis, the author knows that the teachers in Wuhai hope to get further satisfy in both material need and self realization need. Therefore, according to the characters of the teachers in wuhai for the material needs, interpersonal need, self-esteem and honorary needs, achievement and success needs, learning and development needs, the following measures are put forward:first, by establishing and perfecting scientific performance evaluation incentive mechanism, creating good working environment and improving teachers' welfare to meet their reasonable material needs; Second, by creating harmonious interpersonal relationship and creating a harmonious campus, to meet the needs of teachers' ownership and love; Third, by respect, trust, understanding, affirmation of teachers, to meet the needs of teachers' self-esteem and honor; Fourth, by providing platform, setting examples, to meet the needs of teachers'creation and achievements.Teacher management is always the essence of school management, and pursuing different levels of needs is the inner motivation of arousing teachers' working enthusiasm. Therefore, as school administrators, fully rely on teachers, respect teachers, arouse teachers' participation, arouse teachers' working passion, make teachers' psychological needs are constantly satisfy, and rich their spiritual life, continually improve their career, constantly reflect their individual value, finally, by the teachers' good development to promote the sustainable development of the school.
