Research On The Countermeasures Of Emergency Management Of Emergency Response In New Media Era Of Colleges And Universities

With the rapid development of communication technology,human society has entered the information age.the new media,represented by mobile phone clients,bring convenience to people's work and life,and also bring challenges to the traditional university crisis management mode.Based on this,taking the new media age as the research background,the research on the emergency management countermeasures of university emergencies is an important issue to be solved.Based on the theory of crisis management,media theory and psychological health education theory as the research object,using the theory of crisis management,media theory and psychological health education theory as the guidance,using the comparative study,literature research methods,based on the previous academic research results,proposed the new media era emergency management countermeasures in colleges and universities.This article is divided into five parts:The first part introduces the research achievements of scholars at home and abroad in the field of emergency management in colleges and universities,and summarizes the effective ways to deal with emergencies in colleges and universities in the new media era.The second part,the definition and related concepts of emergency management in the new media era are analyzed.through comparing the different of the new media and the traditional media,the new characteristics and new requirements of emergency management in colleges and universities are clarified under the background of the new media era.The third part,s colleges and universities in the new media era to deal with the typical case of emergencies.Through the review of the causes,fermentation process and treatment results of " campus network crisis event ",this paper mainly introduces the main methods of " campus network crisis event " in the process of emergency management such as crisis,crisis control,crisis resolution and so on.The fourth part,according to the different management stages of emergency management before,during and after the event,analyzes the problems of the crisis events in s colleges and universities in the new media era.In the new media era,the problems of the university response to emergencies are as follows: the definition of the crisis is incomplete,communication and communication are not smooth,information is not unified,emergency management organization is loose,lack of professional guidance,crisis confirmation lag,information publishing is not standardized,lack of psychological intervention,lack of experience and lessons learned,and the lack of follow-up supervision punishment.The fifth part,analyzes the main reasons of the crisis management of s university in the new media era.This chapter analyzes the problems in the process of crisis management in colleges and universities from four aspects: the lack of awareness of emergencies in the new media era,the imperfect management measures,the lack of emergency protection and the instability of the external environment.The sixth part,according to the new media era,s colleges and universities emergency management process of the problems in the process of countermeasures.It is suggested that we should strengthen the propaganda and guidance,strengthen the crisis consciousness of teachers and students,improve the definition range of the emergency,build an effective communication platform between teachers and students,and build the integrated communication platform and crisis management system in and out of school to do the preventive work of the emergency.It is suggested that through cultivating professional team,effective diagnosis crisis,strengthening propaganda management,unified information release,Authorization responsibility coordination management,forming linkage mechanism,carrying out crisis psychological intervention,effective psychological counseling and other ways to do well in the management of emergencies.The suggestion is to solve the problem,pay attention to the follow-up supervision,evaluate the crisis management,establish the rules and regulations to avoid the risk,adhere to the follow-up report,reshape the image of the university,and implement the emergency management work.
