Research On The Application Of New Media In University Emergency Management

College emergencies are in the campus of colleges and universities,or have close relationship with the members of colleges and universities.Sudden outbreaks may seriously threaten the normal education,reputation of colleges and universities,teaching facilities and other conditions.It has the characteristics of sudden,harmful,diffusive and active.In the new media environment,how to apply the new media technology to college emergency management process has important research value.On the basis of information resource management theory,contingency theory and crisis situation organization role theory,this paper studies and analyzes the application of new media technology in college emergency management.There are some problems in the application of new media in college emergency management,such as the lack of new media management concept,the imperfect management organization system based on the use of new media,the lack and lag of new media information resources in the management process,and the lack of new media management means.The emergence of the above problems is mainly related to the lack of management objectives or inaccurate positioning of University emergencies,the weak awareness of university organization and management and the concept of new media.The insufficient value of new media in University emergencies,and the different new media literacy of university administrators.In terms of using new media technology to manage emergencies in Colleges and universities,the management experience of using new media to solve emergencies in Colleges and universities at home and abroad is worthy of analysis and reference,such as the shooting of Virginia University of technology in the United States,the fire in the dormitory of the Russian people's Friendship University,the explosion in the canteens of two colleges and universities in Beijing,such as Songhua University,etc.The death of students in Fuzhou University,the employment of parents to interfere with graduation the ceremony.Through the analysis of cases at home and abroad,we can see that in the process of using new media technology to manage college emergencies,we should attach importance to the application and management of new media technology,on the management organization system,guide local governments to integrate into the college emergency management system,on the management means,we should build a mature college legal system and education mode.To explore and improve the application of new media in college emergency management.In college emergency management,we should adhere to the principles of responsibility,quick response,information disclosure and sincere communication;establish new media management concept,develop new media thinking,carry out learning and training,and build a new media sharing platform;make clear the role of new media in the pre event stage,in event stage,post event stage and each stage of College emergency;build a suitable new media We should enrich the management means of emergencies in the era of new media,improve the laws and regulations of using new media,improve the technical means of using new media,and improve the training and education means of personnel media literacy based on the psychological consultation means of new media.
