The Practical Research On Hub Type Social Organizations Participating In The Integration Of Community Resource ——Based On A Social Perspective

As an important platform for urban grass-roots governance,the community is the focus of social issues in the new era,and it is also the carrier of a large number of resources.Community resources are an important guarantee for the existence and development of community governance and services,and an important source to satisfy the diverse needs of various entities.In the past years,the government often used administrative means to integrate resources in the face of fragmentation of community resources,but due to the lack of organizational mechanisms,integrated paths and platforms for resource integration in the community,it was difficult to solve the resource dilemma faced by urban community development by relying on a single way such as administrative means to carry out resource integration.How to effectively respond to the problems existing in the integration of community resources,meet the diverse needs of residents,solve the complex community contradictions,and realize the value of resources is an urgent topic to be considered and studied.In the process of community resource integration,social organizations,as one of the important participants,play a key role in practical work,and bear the social mission value of providing well-being for the majority of community residents and other community subjects.This study by analyzing present S streets of Chengdu hub type case social organizations to participate in the practice of the integration of community resources,mainly involved in the study of street level and community level seven typical cases,with the "social" point of view of social work and resources integration theory as the theoretical basis,using the case method,participatory observation,interviews and other research methods,From the four aspects of resource identification,resource acquisition,resource allocation,resource utilization of the action logic of the specific practical cases are sorted out,summarized the advanced experience of Chengdu S Street community resource integration,combined with the connotation of social perspective,This paper analyzes the social connotation of social justice,social rationality,social solidarity and social protection reflected in every link of hub social organizations participating in the integration of community resources,and responds to the social mission value of social organizations participating in the integration of community resources.Social organizations to participate in community resources integration has the obvious social features,the connotation of the "social" of social work has a certain degree of conjunction,through this research,hope to enrich the research perspective in social work practice in community resources integration as well as the theoretical basis,the formation of the practice of community resources integration of operational logic,forming a community resource integration of promotion copy path.Finally,based on the social perspective,the author draws the following conclusions about the participation of social organizations in resource integration: first,strengthen the main incentive mechanism and follow the principle of social justice;second,establish a resource link mechanism to promote the realization of the goal of social solidarity;third,improve the community consultation mechanism and return to social rational behavior;fourth,implement the project operation mechanism to form the social protection function.
