The increasing demand for applied technology talents in today's society has promoted the rapid development of secondary vocational schools in China.The increase in the number of secondary vocational schools and the enlargement of school-running scale inevitably require the construction of a good teaching staff.It is especially important to motivate teachers effectively and improve teaching quality.Taking Chongqing Yuzhong Vocational Education Center as the research object,this paper defines the concepts of relevant motivation,teacher encouragement and other concepts on the basis of relevant literature research.Moreover,based on the characteristics of foreign incentive theory and teacher motivation,through questionnaire survey,the author studies the status of teachers in the Yuzhong Vocational Education Center and the problems of the incentive measures.Based on the principles of incentive measures,this paper designs the encouraging measures for the development of Chongqing Yuzhong Vocational Education Center.The results show that the Chongqing Yuzhong Vocational Education Center mainly adopts the incentive measures such as appointment and promotion,material stimulation,examination and encouragement,and training and so on.The main problems in the incentive measures are lack of flexibility,deficiency,benefit and democracy,and there are some problems in the process of concrete implementation,such as the concept,perfecting the existing system and communication channel.Therefore,in order to perfect the teachers' encouragement measures in Chongqing Yuzhong Vocational Education Center,we can take the measures of differentiation,pay attention to the optimization of the structure of teachers' team,strengthen the effective combination of material incentive and spirit encouragement,create the opportunity of fair competition and strengthen the environment stimulation,and also can change the idea and perfect communication channel in the process of implementation.Moreover,we should build a harmonious atmosphere,establish perfect rules and regulations,track and adjust the teachers' encouragement,to ensure the effective implementation of the teacher's incentive measures.
