Football is one of the most influential group sports in the world.With the country’s strong support for football and the attention of football reserve talents,campus football has become a hot spot in China’s current high school sports teaching.Traditional soccer teaching encounters many problems in the process of primary and secondary school development.Students’ enthusiasm is low,students’ interest in sports is poor,and the effect of learning sports skills is poor.Therefore,the teaching of middle school football is mainly focused on exploring the means and methods of football teaching.Quality development training is one of the more popular forms of training recently.Students can use context-experiential learning designed by teachers to allow students to self-explore and eventually achieve the goal of allowing students to master sport techniques faster.Under the guidance of quality-oriented education,quality development training has become a hot topic.The teaching of football sports in middle schools is an important means of cultivating reserve talents for football sports in China,and it also plays a role in cultivating students’ quality,improving their quality,and developing their abilities.The active role,and the application of quality development to the introduction of secondary school football teaching is also one of the urgent topics facing high school PE teaching.In this study,literature research methods,investigation methods,experimental methods,mathematical statistics and other commonly used scientific research methods are used to analyze the teaching effect of quality development training in the football class of Qiu County Experimental Middle School in Handan City,and the analysis of quality development training in the teaching of high school football is conducted.Among them,the students’ sense of identity in the curriculum,the impact on physical fitness,the mastery of football skills and tactics,the level of motivation in football learning,and the final exam performance are significantly improved.After research and analysis,the results show that:(1)Quality development training can improve students’ participation and love of football.The application of quality development training in teaching middle school football,the experimental class compared with the controlclass,has a significant increase in the improvement of student physical fitness indicators.(2)Experimental classes for quality development training Students have significant differences in comparisons with students in the control class in terms of football skills such as ball shots,ball positioning,ball passing,ball receiving,ball stealing,etc.The performance of sports skills and teaching has improved and progressed a lot.(3)Quality development training can break the students’ traditional practices,which could make the middle school football teaching flexible,further improve the students’ mental health and social adaptability,and further train students’ lifelong physical exercise awareness.Suggestions:(1)When implementing training for quality development in secondary schools,try to design scenarios and content that are consistent with the training of middle school students’ psychological quality and physical fitness,further improve students’ interest in learning,continuously improve classroom participation,enrich course content,increase classroom atmosphere,and improve students’ overall quality level.(2)It is necessary to continuously explore training methods and methods for improving the technical level of students’ football,strengthen the training of teachers for quality development training,continuously enhance their professional skills and capabilities,constantly update the contents of quality development training,and strive for the technology and tactics of football.The study is consistent with the continuous improvement of student’s interest in learning and enhancement of students’ desire to exercise.(3)Provide long-term plan of football learning,development quality training program to the students in each school week plan,control the intensity of training at a certain level,and constantly improve the inadequacies of traditional teaching methods,enhance students’ physical fitness at the same time,strengthen the cultivation of psychological quality,provide students with life-long physical education and life-long exercise awareness.
